All I can say is you can stop your search for an agent right here. Barbara Eden is the best. My husband and I came to her in our search for a home for rent, our hope was to rent first and then purchase a home later. I live in Pittsburgh, and my husband and I preferred to “try before we buy” since we did not know much about the Northern NJ area. We decided on Port Liberte, because this would be an easy commute for my husband. We were dealing with the need for a rather quick timeframe as my husband’s lease in NYC was coming to an end in just over a month, and we had constraints on size, because the home we have in PIttsburgh was a bit larger, so we were in need of space to accommodate. I actually contacted a few other agents before finding Barbara, and didn’t have much luck……and then I found Barbara, who was the utmost professional from the very beginning. I explained our situation and timeline to her and she found us the most incredible apartment, in a very short period of time. She made the whole process seamless and easy. And her knowledge and command of the Real Estate market was just amazing. Barbara is super friendly and easy to talk to…she takes all of the stress out of finding a home. I feel like I not only found an agent, but I found a great friend. And my husband and I look forward to working with Barbara again in about a year when we go to purchase our home. I would recommend Barbara to anyone who is looking for a home or apartment in the Northern NJ area. She really is the best!!!!!
